Refund Policy

1. Software Subscriptions
- OnTow subscriptions are billed monthly at the time of sign-up and renew automatically.
- Because access to the platform is provided immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable.
- To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through the billing portal or by contacting support.
2. Marketplace Listings
- Listing fees for marketplace posts are charged as a one-time, non-refundable payment.
- If a listing is removed for policy violations, listing fees are not refunded.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@ontow.ca within 7 days. We will review the request and respond within two business days.
